Terms and Conditions

Course bookings are binding. 

For cancellations or rescheduling of a weekend course, this must be done no later than 7 days before the course starts, otherwise half of the course fee will be charged. If the customer does not attend or cancels after the course has started, the full course fee will be charged. 

For cancellations or rescheduling of an evening course/summer course, this must be done no later than 14 days before the first course session, otherwise half of the course fee will be charged. If the customer does not attend or cancels after the course has started, the full course fee will be charged. 

For drop-in sessions, cancellations must be made no later than 36 hours in advance; otherwise, half of the fee will be charged. If a participant does not show up or cancels after the course has started, the full fee will be charged. 

Gift cards are non-refundable. 

An unpaid invoice does not count as a cancellation. In the event of an accident, the participant's own accident insurance applies.


GDPR and Privacy Policy

Min Verkstad Stockholm processes personal data in accordance with Swedish law. When your personal data is registered or otherwise processed, you are entitled to certain information. In this privacy policy, information is provided about how personal data is handled in connection with visits to the website, the creation of an account with Min Verkstad Stockholm, the purchase of products or services, or other interactions.

Min Verkstad Stockholm is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data. You can always get in touch with us by emailing us at minverkstad.kurser@gmail.com.

Your personal data is stored and processed for certain specific purposes. The purposes for processing your personal data are the administration of invoicing, as well as sending out news and requested information. The personal data we process about you are your name, email address, postal address, telephone number and, in some cases, your personal identity number. Your personal data may be disclosed to our auditor for necessary processing on behalf of Min Verkstad Stockholm, as well as in connection with any debt collection matters. In all handling of your personal data, we observe strict security and confidentiality.

We do not share personal data with anyone other than those specified above.

Your rights

Since personal data about you is being processed, you have certain rights under the GDPR. You have the right to request:     

  • access to your personal data

  • correction of personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete  

  • erasure of personal data

  • restriction of further processing of your personal data

  • to object to the processing of your personal data

  • to withdraw your consent

You have the right to contact the Swedish Data Protection Authority (Datainspektionen/Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten) with any complaints if you are dissatisfied with the processing of your personal data, although we naturally hope that you will turn to us first with any questions or requests regarding our processing of personal data.
